GUIDELINE ON THE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR EKE OBINAGU, EMENE ENUGU, AND EXTENSION OF TIME FOR SUBMISSIONS TO THE INTER-MINISTERIAL COMMITTEE ON PROPERTY/LAND RECONCILIATION AND COMPENSATION IN ENUGU STATE
1. All submissions should be presented to the Chairman of the& Committee noting the following:
a. One (1) hard copy of all Information/Claim/Complaint/Appeal with supporting document(s) attached must be addressed to the Chairman of the Committee as shown below:

b. Mandatory soft copy of item (1)(a) to be forwarded to this email address: [email protected] and also in a Flash drive to be submitted to the Committee&
2. *For those who may have missed the earlier announcements, the deadline for submissions for the First Phase has been extended with a new period to start from April 12, 2024 and end on April 19, 2024.*
3. Every submission must clearly state the location and relate to conflict on landed property and claims, or demand for reconciliation/compensation on land acquired by the government or landed property affected by development by the government.
